To strengthen the ITIXO Creative graphic team, we are looking for a marketing specialist.
We are ITIXO – a modern software company from Ostrava that does things differently. We develop custom software for international and Czech clients, work with technologies like .NET and React, collaborate closely with Microsoft, and organize large international developer conferences under the Update Conference brand. And now we're looking for someone to help us get even more visibility! We're seeking a communicative and creative person who already has some experience in marketing, enjoys it, and wants to advance further. We're not looking for a specialist – we're looking for someone with ambition, a feel for content, and ideas up their sleeve.
Strategy and Planning – You will create and fine-tune marketing plans that align with our business objectives (e.g., developer recruitment, brand awareness, acquiring new projects).
Digital Marketing – You will help us with LinkedIn campaigns, PPC, and social media.
Offline Marketing and Networking – You will kick-start better collaboration with universities, local events (Colours, B4L, Ostrava Beach Open), and the IT community. We want to be more visible in Ostrava – and you will help us achieve that.
Content that Engages and Works – You will write and edit texts, create case studies with project managers, manage the website, and write social media posts. Copywriting skills? Great!
B2B Marketing with Impact – If you know what a "lead" or "opportunity" is, how to evaluate a campaign and target your audience, you get bonus points. If not, we'll teach you.
Analytics & Target Audiences – You will help us stay informed about market developments, identify our ideal customer, and find where to reach them.
Languages? Yes, please! – We need you to have excellent Czech skills (native speaker) and be able to communicate in English as well – we work with partners and colleagues abroad.
